To preserve the beauty and shine of your jewelry:

• Avoid water & moisture
Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions/perfumes.

• Store properly
Keep your pieces in a dry space, ideally in the original Dulces Jewels pouch or a soft-lined box to prevent scratches and tarnish.

• Clean gently
Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe your jewelry after each wear. Avoid chemical cleaners unless designed specifically for the material.

• Keep away from harsh products
Exposure to sweat, humidity, perfumes, hair products, and cleaning agents may cause discoloration or wear over time.

💛 Material Notes

Gold-plated & gold-filled pieces:
These can naturally fade with daily wear. Proper care extends their life significantly.

Sterling silver pieces:
May tarnish over time — this is normal. Polishing with a silver-safe cloth restores shine.

Cubic zirconia / stones:
Avoid impact as stones can loosen if dropped or hit against hard surfaces.

Dulces Jewels offers a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Broken clasps
✔ Loose or missing stones upon arrival
✔ Faulty links or connectors

This warranty does not cover:

✘ Normal wear and tear
✘ Tarnishing due to exposure to water, sweat, or products
✘ Scratches, dents, or damage from misuse
✘ Lost items
✘ Damage from improper storage
