We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please email:
dulcejewels04@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

✨ Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
If you’d like to exchange for a different item or size, email me and I’ll walk you through the process.

💎 Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom pieces
• Sale items (including Archive Sale)
• Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong piece, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
I’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Refunds may be denied if jewelry shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
